A complete Application Package consists of:

• résumé
• completed Occasional Teacher Application Form
• two (2) practice teaching reports (new graduates only)
• copy of valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate
• completed 'New Applicant Recommendation Form' with a recommendation of one Board Principal and two relevant letters of reference, or recommendations of three Board Principals/Vice-Principals
• signed 'Reference Authorization Form' to check references
• criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
• pastoral reference (optional)
• Request for Vulnerable Sector Screening Check (Only required if requested by local police detachment for processing a criminal background check.)
