If you are interested in renewing your employment as an occasional teacher with our Board, please forward the following documents to the Human Resources Department at the address or fax number shown below. Please print and complete the highlighted documents.

A complete Application Package consists of:

• completed Occasional Teacher Application Form
• copy of valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate
• completed Renewal Applicant Recommendation Form
  with recommendations of three Board Principals
• signed original Offence Declaration Form
