St. Francis offers many extracurricular, non-competitive clubs. On this page you can get basic information about the St.F.X clubs. Some of the clubs have pages of their own where you can find more detailed information. Information about competitive sports can be found on the athletics page.

| Earth Buds | Mme. Clermont | A group dedicated to the recycling program at St.F.X. Activities include gathering, sorting and cleaning out cans.

| Journalism Club | Ms. LeClair | A group dedicated to e-journalism. These students track down everything newsworthy that happens at St.F.X. for use here on the school's website. |
| Math Clinic | Mr. Soucy | Mr. Soucy invites all students from grades 7 to 12 to math and science clinic every Wednesday after school. The clinic is a work period for students who need help in math, physics and chemistry. |
| EcoTeam | Ms. Erdelyi | A group dedicated to turning St.F.X. into a certified e-school through energy conservation, waste minimization, ecological literacy and school yard greening.
