School Re-entry Plan – September 2021
The CDSBEO School Re-entry plan contains details for the 2021-2022 school year. We recognize the importance of returning students to a more normal, full-time, in-person learning environment as we know this is key to their well-being and long-term success. In preparation for the 2021-2022 school year, the CDSBEO has updated this School Re-Entry Plan. The updates are based on current Ministry of Education and Public Health guidance. The Plan continues to be subject to change and is guided by direction from Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, the Ministry of Education, and local Public Health.

Look to STEO for transportation details
School bus service will continue to be provided for those who require it based on eligibility. Students will have an assigned seat on the bus for the year, and where possible, will sit with a sibling or someone from their class cohort. Student Transportation of Eastern Ontario (STEO) will provide safety protocol information directly to those who use the bus service. To decrease the number of students taking the bus, parents who are able to drive/walk their child to school are encouraged to do so.
