Stephen Rymal Award

The Stephen Rymal “Spirit of the SKLZ” award is presented to the CDSBEO school that best embodies the spirit of the event through participation, collaboration, teamwork, and overall performance. This trophy is named after Steve Rymal, a long-time construction technology teacher from St. John Catholic High School and enthusiastic supporter of this annual event.

Notre Dame Catholic High School had the largest number of participants in this year’s competition and is the 2026 recipient of this award.

Thank you to all students for their commitment and hard work, and to the teachers who supported the event through judging and supervision. Your involvement helped make this year’s competition a success.
