The Board’s Business Department is comprised of four departments including Finance, Purchasing, Plant Operations, and Information & Communication Technology. This team focuses on providing the best possible service to students, parents, teachers, administrators, executive council, and trustees.
The Purchasing Department obtains goods and services on behalf of schools and administrative offices in compliance with the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario’s Purchasing Policy. The Board supports the concept of a centralized purchasing methodology as a means of obtaining maximum value for each dollar spent, consistent with the education goals of the Board and fair business principles.
