Educating and Inspiring… heart, mind, body, and soul!

Easter Message

There is a way by which we navigate this time of year. We look to the earth and sky around us and wait in hope for the coming of spring. This week, Holy Week in particular, we grow attuned with the earth and with the significance of its events.

As we approach the Triduum, we walk in memory of Holy Thursday and in somber reflection on Good Friday, a day where the skies seem to well up with us in sadness.

And as we keep the vigil between these days and the Resurrection, we begin to turn to the true awakening: the Risen One who brings us life from death.

As Pope Francis reminds us, the Risen One gives us the certainty that good always triumphs over evil, that life always conquers death, and it is not our end to descend lower and lower, from sorrow to sorrow, but rather to rise up high. – March 31, 2021

My hope for all of us this Easter is the renewed comfort and joy of this promise, ours for all time.
