Find My Bus Stop – Bus Stop Finder
Busing information is at your fingertips. Simply access STEO’s website at www.steo.ca and click on the “Find My Bus Stop – Bus Stop Finder” icon.

After creating a Parent Portal account (see more details below), you will have secure access to your child’s route number, pick-up/drop off time and location, bus company name and phone number. A reminder that drivers will not be calling out to families with busing information to avoid missed or misdirected calls and to ensure that families are accessing the most accurate information available. For any questions regarding transportation eligibility and service change updates coming into effect for the 2026/27 school year, visit steo.ca/2026-transportation-updates
Can I Ride a Bus?
The School and Transportation Eligibility tool is active for the 2026–2027 school year. The tool is located at www.steo.ca by clicking on the School and Transportation Eligibility link – just look for this icon on our homepage.

Pick the 2026–2027 School Year before clicking on “School Information”, “School Eligibility: Which School do I attend?” or “Transportation Eligibility: Can I Ride a Bus?”
- School Information: Provides the address, phone number, website, boundary map, and available programs and grades for a chosen school.
- School Eligibility: Which School do I Attend? allows a student, parent, guardian, or school staff to check for school eligibility based on the address entered.
Don’t Need a Bus? Let us Know.
Please let STEO know if you will not be using transportation in 2026–2027. The Opt Out form is easy to complete and is found at www.steo.ca under Quick Links, Tools, Opt Out Form/I Don’t Need a Bus or by visiting www,steo.ca/idontneedabus
Parent Portal

Use the Parent Portal to check pick-up and drop-off information once bus routes are created. The Parent Portal also allows parents to receive information about bus delays and cancellations.
Bus route updates may occur until the beginning of the school year. Please check back often for bus route changes. For updates and information about transportation eligibility and service changes coming into effect for the 2026–2027 school year, visit steo.ca/2026-transportation-updates
NEW: With privacy and security in mind, student information will only be available to a Parent Portal account if the email address for the Parent Portal account matches an email address included in the student record.
The Parent/Guardian’s email must be included on the student record at the school for the Parent Portal account to have access to transportation information. For existing Parent Portal accounts where the emails don’t match, a new Parent Portal account will need to be created with the same email address that is included in the student record OR the email address being used for the Parent Portal account will have to be updated in the student record at the school.
Moving or Changing Daycares?
Inform your child’s school of address/contact information changes as soon as you can and before the end of the school year, if possible, to ensure that busing is set up for the first day of school.
Shared Custody?
Please submit your signed 2026–2027 Family Accommodation/Shared Custody package to STEO as soon as possible. The package is available at www.steo.ca under Quick Links at the bottom of the homepage.
