From October 5-9, CDSBEO schools will celebrate CDSBEO Week 2026, centred on the theme: “Pause to Celebrate.” Each day highlights a theme that invites us to connect, discover, find joy, give thanks and celebrate one another. 

• Monday – Connect with Community 
• Tuesday – Discover and Celebrate What We Find 
• Wednesday – Smile and Celebrate Joy 
• Thursday – Be Grateful: Celebrate Our Blessings 
• Friday – Celebrate Each Other 

Throughout the week, students and staff will take part in prayer, reflection and activities that bring these themes to life. Activities include opportunities to connect with others, discover new talents and interests, share joy, express gratitude and recognize the gifts and contributions of others. 

On Wednesday, schools will also take part in a Dress Down Day, with proceeds supporting the Good Samaritan Trust Fund.
